Eastern sweet for strawberry and white chocolate lovers. The lokum consists of two parts - the top layer is strawberry pastille (the taste is slightly reminiscent of strawberry marshmallow). Inside is a soft and sweet white chocolate-nut cream. Inside are pieces of roasted almonds.
The Turkish delight is fairly sweet, but very, very tasty. The texture is pleasant - moderately elastic, not too hard and not too soft. The almond pieces are lightly roasted, very-very slightly salted, which softens the sweetness of the lokum. With white chocolate cream - the perfect combination!
