This nut-caramel roll is a real sweet explosion! On the outside it is generously coated with a creamy layer of condensed milk, followed by a second layer with cocoa notes, giving the dessert a pleasant chocolate touch.
The base of the roll is made from halva mass (peanut) and nuts, complemented with crunchy roasted peanut pieces – just enough to highlight the nutty flavour without overwhelming it. The roll is sufficiently sweet, the cream thick and rich, and together they create a true Middle Eastern sweet enjoyment!
