Lokum with Nut Cream and Crispy Kadaif

This lokum is a special Middle Eastern delicacy that combines several textures in one delicious bite. Its heart is a soft, thick hazelnut cream in which almond halves are hidden – they give each piece a pleasant nutty character.

The cream layer is surrounded by a light marshmallow mass, which gives the lokum a light and gentle structure. The entire surface of the sweet is covered with kadaif – fine, crispy Turkish pastry straw that is sweet and gives the dessert a crunchy accent.
