The lokum's "shell" is made from kiwi-apple syrup with a white pastille interlayer. The lokum is not too sweet, balanced by the freshness of kiwi-apple. The texture is very pleasant - moderately chewy, not too firm and not too soft. The filling has a white, tender pastille with vanilla flavour. A wonderful summer treat!
