These Middle Eastern rolls are a true discovery for lovers of tender treats. Inside — velvety sweet nut cream with fine hazelnut crumbs that gently crunch in the mouth without losing the silkiness of the cream. The cream is soft and pleasant, reminiscent of light nut nougat.
