If your order is not picked up from the parcel locker in time, or the courier cannot deliver it because of an incorrect address, inability to reach you or other reasons on the customer's side, and the order is returned to our warehouse, the following process applies:
π Re-shipment: we prepare the shipment again and re-send it once the undelivered order arrives at our warehouse and the fee for this service is paid
π Handling fee: the customer covers the re-preparation and re-shipping cost, depending on the destination country:
- Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania β β¬7-12
π Order cancellation: if the customer refuses to pay for re-handling and re-shipment, the order is cancelled. β¬15 or 30% (whichever is greater) of the order total is retained for the cancellation, and the balance is refunded to the customer
