Delivery cost (up to 30 kg)
The exact cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Delivery time
Delivery times are statistical (around 95% of cases) and are not a guarantee. During holidays and pre-holiday periods delivery may take longer. Our warehouse is in Latvia, so Latvian public holidays may affect dispatch.

Please double-check your delivery details
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, because we could not reach you, or for other reasons that depend on the customer, and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, the following applies:
Re-shipping
The order is prepared again and re-sent once the returned parcel is back at our warehouse and the re-shipping fee is paid.
Handling fee
The customer covers the cost of re-processing and re-shipping, depending on the destination country.
Cancellation
If the customer declines to pay for re-processing and re-shipping, the order is cancelled. €15 or 30% of the order value (whichever is greater) is retained, and the rest is refunded.
