A delicious and famous spice mix - Adygei salt. Adygei salt consists of three main ingredients - salt, garlic and coriander, and various aromatic herbs are added to it, such as basil, marjoram etc. Coarse sea salt is used, because garlic and spices absorb well into the large salt crystals. Also, Adygei salt has a higher degree of saltiness, so less is needed than regular salt. It is a universal seasoning that will make any dishes aromatic - both meat, poultry and fish.
