The lokum's "shell" is made from blackberry syrup with a white pastille interlayer. The lokum is sweet, but not too sweet, balanced by the freshness of blackberries.
The texture is very pleasant - moderately chewy, not too firm and not too soft. The filling has a white, tender pastille with vanilla flavour.
